A yoga practice is a unique experience. Here at Stillpoint we teach the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice in the 'Mysore' self practice style. This means we teach you the Ashtanga yoga practice and you learn how to do it for yourself. You develop your own personal practice which you can take with you and enjoy anywhere.

The 'mysore style' class is a unique yoga environment. Because we help you to discover your own Ashtanga yoga self practice we are able to tailor the teachings to your personal needs during the class. This means that you receive a one to one experience in every single class you take with us.
